Adaptive Growth Counseling

I work with adults who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or the impact of emotional neglect and abuse. They might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. They want to feel calmer, more in control, and live a life that feels real and meaningful. They’re looking for a therapist who’s understanding, down-to-earth, and helps them find practical tools to heal and grow. I offer a holistic, client-centered approach using EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I provide ethical, personalized support that empowers you to reach your goals using evidence based practices. Together, we’ll build a path towards healing and wholeness. I offer telehealth services for clients across Wyoming on a part time basis. I look forward to our sessions and the positive changes we can work toward together!
